Step in complex issue by team actions

We build processes that allow a group to find its concrete, appropriate and innovative solutions to its complex issues. People involved will experiment ways of working from the practices of open innovation, design thinking and collective intelligence. 

The process includes couple of sprints, lasts 2 to 10 months and mobilizes 20 to 400 people.
